Refunds:
You’ll get a refund notification within 2-3 working days after we approve your request. - Refunds will be sent to the same account or card you used for payment. - For refunds within Bangladesh, it usually takes 7 working days. For international refunds, it may take up to 14 working days to show in your account. - If you don’t see the refund after this time, email us at [email protected] for help.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order anytime before it goes into production. - Once production starts, we won’t be able to cancel it. - After receiving your order, you have 7 days to contact us if you face any issues.
Return/Exchange:
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The fabric or print quality is not right.
2. We sent the wrong size or color.
Other than these reasons, we don’t accept returns/exchanges.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- The item should be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and original packaging.
- Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +880 1951-516060. We’ll guide you with instructions and provide a return shipping label (if needed).
- Do not send items without contacting us first.
Important:
If there’s any damage or a wrong item, please send us a photo or video of the unboxing for quick resolution.
Wrong Size or Exchange Reasons:
If you get the wrong size or need an exchange for a valid reason, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
However, if the mistake is on the customer’s side, the shipping cost for the exchange will need to be covered by the customer.
